Anxiety?: Given your age, i would think that anxiety is the most likely cause. I would suggest a heart exam as some young people also have undetected congenital defects that might cause chest pain, but this wouldn't cause the other symptoms. What is stressing you? Talk to someone about it.

Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
