Do not take together: There is a moderate interaction between NSAIDs (such as Advil (ibuprofen)) and corticosteroids (Prednisone) in that there is an increased risk of gastrointestinal problems , such as bleeding from a stomach ulcer. Therefore it is not recommended that they be taken together. However, if you are no longer taking Prednisone you can take Advil (ibuprofen) at the recommended doses. Recommend clearing it with your doctor.
