i've noticed some kind of white small bumps inside of my urethra. my girlfriend is infected by hpv 16 so i'm afraid that i can have it inside my ureth?

Probably not HPV: First, since your partner has HPV16, you probably have it as well; maybe you infected her. If so, it probably will go away without ever causing harm. "White small bumps" in the urethra could be HPV but not typical, and HPV16 doesn't usually cause warts. Maybe you're just looking too closely and seeing normal mucus glands. To be certain, you'll need to see a doctor for professional exam. Good luck.

Do not request or have a lab test for HPV16. You know you have the virus, since your partner does; and either a positive or negative test result would not change treatment or anything else. If the white bumps are warts, they may need treatment -- but otherwise no treatment for HPV is needed or helpful.
