See ur doctor: while seeing pulsations on belly wall esp while supine can be normal, with abdominal pain can be alert to more serious conditions such as involving aorta. Rule out pregnancy if applicable, and see ur MD. Happy to consult but would need more info such as past history, current medications, past workup.
