More info needed: You don't say whether the diagnosis is confirmed; if it is a new herpes infection or a recurrent outbreak; whether oral or genital; and what treatment(s) you have tried. (What does "tried everything" mean?) All these are necessary to give advice. If it is herpes and new sores are still appearing, and if not taking an anti-HSV drug (acyclovir, valacyclovir, etc), that should be your next step.
