Yes: Vertigo is any perception of movement, either of you or the environment moving. Acutely it is constant but worse with movement. Disequilibrium is imbalance during movement which has many causes such as numb feet, inner ear weakness, central cerebellar dysfunction, severe neck problems, medications or visual problems. It is especially bad if there is more than one of these problems present.
