Time Mgt: Unfortunately there are only so many hours in a day. Best advice I can offer is to make a schedule and try to manage your time as efficiently as possible. And ... Although tempting when we get busy, don't sacrifice sleep. And lastly, take a multivitamin that has extra B vitamins as they help with energy and modulating stress. Hope that helps!

SPORTS WOES: I am assuming that you mean the sports team with which you participate. If that is the case and you are using words like "burn out" to describe something that should be enjoyable, then perhaps it is time to take a break. You will find that even with short breaks, your passion for participation quickly grows and you find even more enjoyment upon your return.
