Complete treatment: Although it is recommended that persons with chlamydia not have sex for a week after treatment, usually there is no harm if both members of a couple have been treated and they have sex only with each other. I would advise no sex or at least use condoms for now. For sure continue your doxycycline as prescribed. No sex with anyone else, and both get retested after 3-4 weeks. Good luck!
