Besides cancer, what can cause a non-pregnant/breast feeding person to have spontaneous lactation?

Discharge vs milk: It is common for non lactating women to have occasional milky or clear nipple discharge but not for a non pregnant or breast feeding women to lactate. A prolactin producing tumor could cause this however.
