Not likely: Persistent genital arousal disorder is very rare. If you have been diagnosed with this then it is likely that you are seeing a specialist as only a few cases have ever been document. Hernias are not know to be a cause. Regardless, you can certainly schedule a visit with a general surgeon to see if you are a candidate for a hernia repair. Hernia repairs are a standard surgical procedure.
