Needs to be evaluate: You may have a chronic infection somewhere in your arm, or it could be more serious like a tumor. OR it may be a reactive lymph node from a previous infection that could take months to go awayIf it is not going away, growing, irregular shape, you really should get it looked at by a doctor. One of them may be biopsied
