This could be...: Could be what are known as "sex headaches--" brought on by sexual activity--especially an orgasm. Can feel like a dull ache in the head that worsens as sexual excitement increases. Most sex headaches are nothing to worry about, but some can indicate serious problems, such as problems with the blood vessels that supply your brain. An evaluation by your physician, and possible imaging is in order.
