Dehydrated?: You sound like you could be dehydrated. As a 16 year old girl, this can happen with vigorous exercise, prolonged outdoor work, dieting, vomiting, diarrhea, or heavy periods. Try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of fluid (water is good!). A little salt may also help (like potato chips or salted nuts).
