Old propranolol : Not sure what a body of 150/80 is? Height in cm/et in kilos? Almost all meds are good years after they have expired. Best way to tell is to take one. But not necessary unless your mean BP? Then I recommend checking BP after sitting for 5 min, take 3 times and average. Do this over 2 weeks and then consult your Dr. Can also do DASH diet which lowers BP in 2 wks. Unless u prefer pills.

Taking expired: medications is never a good idea. Take a warm bath and lie down. That will be effective for lowering your blood pressure tonight. Although your BP is elevated it is not critically high. Alert your health care provider in the morning and proceed with evaluation for hypertension management and new prescriptions.
