Difficult diagnosis : Difficult to answer without exam because of multitude of pain sources. Could be pectoral us tendon year given location and pain trigger. Could be acromioclavicular joint degeneration. Could be shoulder joint degeneration or bursitis. You need an exam from an Orthopaedic surgeon and an MRI.
