No easy fix: Physicians in the US must document the need for any prescribed medication by history,exam and a record that can be retrieved and reviewed. Meds like Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) are monitored closely because of their abuse potential. A physician that does not comply can lose their license to practice.If you still have a real need, not just a desire for the med, a doc can document the problem and prescribe the med.
