Hello, and i am suffering from posterior tibialis inflammation . since almost 1 year , i am taking given rapudus 50 ,can i take it all my life ?

Not a great idea: Generally, no. Rapidus (diclofenac) is a potent anti-inflammatory which is very effective for relieving inflammation of tendons/ligaments especially after injury. It's usually prescribed for up to 6 weeks, and while sometimes it is needed long-term, this comes with high risk of developing stomach ulcers or kidney disease. Naproxen or meloxicam are similar but have a little less long-term risk.
