No: Ssris have been known to worsen spasticity in some cases and cause other muscle problems in others but not spasticity. Spasticity isolated to one muscle would be rare too. Muscle symptoms usually resolve when the medication is stopped. I see many patients with spasticity and they all have a neurological injury/disease.
