Wrong moisturizer?: Exfoliation may contribute, but you may need a new moisturizer. Some contain alcohol, which can paradoxically contribute to dryness. Some contain plant extracts, fragrances, other additives that are irritating/sensitizing to some.Consider a petroleum based product such as Aquaphor; apply after bathing in luke-warm water (lock in moisture). If too greasy; Euciderm, CeraVe options. use often in day
