Some effects can include depression, anxiety, headache, nausea, irritable, difficulty concentrating, isolation/withdrawal. Racism is powerful: The previous answer was suberb. Racism can have major impacts on how one perceives themself, how safe they feel in society, if they feel victimized or superior, feeling powerless or marginalized. etc.
