Tests do not: always show a diagnosis, neg tests do not mean psychosomatic. It just means we do not know enough

My opinion: Throughout my career, have encountered patients who have been labeled as mentally ill who truly have neurological problems, which are diagnosed and successfully treated, and often fully reversed.
