Effect of poverty: On mental health is too broad a question to answer here. Are you asking about the effect on the person in poverty or the effect on obtaining or delivering mental health services or something else? You'll have to be more specific. Obviously poverty affects access to health resources, especially in a predominantly capitalist society.
