See your physician.: Among the causes for nausea are viral gastroenteritis, acute hepatitis, gastritis, GERD, gastroparesis and psychiatric causes. **It's best that you consult your physician if the nausea persists. Somethings that can relieve nausea: slow deep breathing, ginger tea or ginger ale.
