Lip half red circle: May be cheilosis which occurs due to nutritional deficiency ( B vitamins , zinc, celiac or B12 ) , dry mouth,Sjogrens syndrome, lip licking, infection like candida,staph or strep or herpes. Could try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) at night ( apply with Q tip, if herpes very infectious and need to wear gloves ), lysine 1500 mg x 5 days , multivit, Vit C >Follow up with doctor
