Nope: Barring anything out of the ordinary ... One drink will not kill you. But, you're absolutely right that you should not drink alcohol with Zoloft or Xanax (alprazolam). Hope that helps!

No-but be careful: Certainly don't drive and if you are feeling drowsy be sure that someone helps you until the drink wears off. Talk with your doctor how to manage your medication if you want to take an occasional celebratory drink.
