NAUSEA DIZZY: Can be a number of things, dehydration, sinusitis, reflux with or without h pylori, pregnancy, cardiac, or carotid , diabetes or just vertigo ( benign positional vertigo) . Check glucose, TSH/ T4, , h pylori, would go to doctor /urgent n care today.
