See below: Cytokines release syndrome occurs after receiving any one of a class of drugs called monoclonal antibodies. Symptoms may range from mild to severe. Mild one include: fever, nausea, chills, decreased blood pressure, increased heart rate, headache, rash, shortness of breath, and weakness. It is caused by release of substances from a cell.
