See your doctor: Dizziness in a 25 year old is uncommon. If exercise provokes this, you should see your doctor. To note, a cardiology evaluation may be prudent.

See your doctor: The dizziness may be simply related to being deconditioned or exercising more intensely than your body is ready for. However, dizziness may also be caused by changes in heart rhythms, airway issues, vertigo, thyroid, just to name a few. If this has been occurring regularly, see your primary physician before proceeding with any additional exercise.
