Is it vertigo?: Dizziness is a non-specific term. However if the symptom is true spinning (vertigo) then it is most likely not due to your blood pressure which is really quite good. Sudden onset of true vertigo that lasts for an hour could be either an infection of the inner ear (vestibular neuritis) or central (in the vestibular system of the brain). See either an ENT doctor or neurologist if symptoms return.
