Need an exam: At 5 weeks the pregnancy is very tiny. Your uterus is still normal size well hidden behind the pubic bone. A pain that high up on your abdomen is not going to be related to pregnancy. Schedule a visit to start your prenatal care and to have this pain evaluated.
