Hard knots in both clavicles red itchy skin flu like symptoms but no flu or injury getting bigger?

See a doctor: With flu like symptoms and a rash, I would seek urgent evaluation. I would at least call your doctor or go to an Urgent Care center. When you say 'flu like' -those symptoms can include fever--so that is what has raised my alarm. There must be more to your history to help figure this out. Because symptoms seem to be progressing I would not waste time.
