Fight Of The Century: Here is a perfect opportunity to tell friends you got jumped by six thugs on the street and fought all of them off and walked away with nothing but a small bump on your head. I suggest this because I have every confidence you'll be OK. But...if the headache keeps getting worse or you start vomiting or your vision gets blurry,things like that,get someone to take you to the ER. Otherwise use Tylenol (acetaminophen)
