Up until my late 20s, i would vomit the 1st day of my period every month. does this mean i will have terrible morning sickness during pregnancy?

No: The vomiting of the period was a result of the vagus nerve being stimulated during the first day of flow. So called "morning sickness" of pregnancy is a nauseous response to the HCG hormone circulating in the bloodstream.
