CouldBeACrampOrWorse: So, you have buttitis. It's been 12 hours now, according to the record here. You still have that pain? If so, then it really should be examined to see what may be going on. Your doctor or an Urgent Care would be fine alternatives. There are a number of possibilities for what's causing the pain, none of which can be managed effectively at home. If it's all gone now, then wait and see what happens.
