Fine one second then back spasm bam killer pain in back,butt,legs,hips.can hardly move didn't do anything to mess it up what does this and what to do?

Back sprain: If there is numbness around your genitals OR loss of control of urine/bowel function, go to the ER NOW! If just severe pain, often can get relief with ice alternating with heat to back area and anti-inflammatory meds ie ibuprofen and sometime physical therapy.
