What's stronger Aleve (naproxen) or meloxicam?

aleve (naproxen): 4 aleve (naproxen) pills are stronger than 15 mg meloxicam. 7.5 mg Meloxicam is safer than aleve (naproxen).

Stronger is a relative term, see which works better for you and try different doses. Meloxicam has some different frequencies of side-effects than Aleve; such as an associated risk for stroke and heart attack, ask your physician to discuss the risks and benefits of each. (7.5 mg of meloxicam may not be safer than Aleve)
