R/O HEMATOMA /ER EVA: A large purple lump that appears suddenly and is spreading rapidly . Deserves prompt evaluation for a Hematoma. If it is warm there may be an underlying infection(CELLULITIS). It can happen spontaneously if there is an underlying blood clotting disorde or the patient is on blood thinners. Please seek urgent evaluation in the ER
