Which type of psychologist work in children mental facilities?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Charles Barnhart
47 years experience in Psychiatry
Child psych's: There are clinical psychologists (who are phd's) who have additional training and certification in working with children. Although many social workers and psychologists work with kids, it's usually better to seek out someone with additional training in the area.
