Septum: A very small amount of bleeding from the very front part of the nasal septum is quite common among allergy sufferers. Dry air, wiping and vigorous blowing are aggravating factors. Try nasal saline or gel. Sinus infections and other conditions can also cause trace blood and mucous. Have it checked if it becomes problematic. An allergist can help with this, asthma and testing.
