Time to get checked: "cold sores" near the backside, buttocks, anus as well as your private area can be related to a herpes infection: you must be examined and tested. Obviously, other conditions like friction from underwear, bacterial infection or allergic reaction to soap or detergent can be possibilities. Call for exam and testing.
