Suggestions: I would suggest some sleep hygiene helps. Keep a schedule, if you don't fall asleep within 15 minutes, get up and do a quiet activity until you get sleepy, avoid alcohol before bed, avoid exercise before bed, and see a sleep physician if you continue to have trouble. Also melatonin may help.
