What did doctor say?: Each individual sonogram should be interpreted by your doctor who knows all of the details and not just a sonogram report. This report sounds like a miscarriage was confirmed since the fetus is adequate size to have seen a heart beat. You need to contact the ordering physician and ask for clarification.
