+ Cals -/-> Wt Loss: Adding calories usually does not = wt loss. Depends on the entire day's worth of calories and how much skim milk. In people that eat healthy (<5% cals from added sugar, variety of fresh/non-processsed foods), exercise regularly (150 minutes moderate intensity exercise/week), & sleep well, then a small cup of skim milk @ bedtime should be fine
