Left hand weak: Do you have pain? Could be positional, the way you slept causing nerve irritation in the neck or elbow ,, or maybe carpal tunnel , sometimes even reflux can cause shoulder/ arm discomfort as can TMJ, rarely could be MS or vascular , Follow up with a doctor this week..
