Eat foods rich in CA: Cheese, milk, yogurt, tofu, greens, nuts, herring, sardines, broccoli, flax seed, and many other things are high in calcium. Mix and match and consume 1000mg per day. Make sure you get adequate vitamin d. While less in favor of calcium supplements, i believe all should get 2000iu of vitamin d3 per day. It enables us to absorb the calcium we eat!
