One of my fingers feels like it might be broken - what is the difference between a broken finger and trigger finger? how could i tell if it's broken?

Finger: The two are very different . Trigger finger is a sticking tendon that usually comes on over time with no history of trauma. If you sustained an injury - eg a fall or blow to the finger then it may be bruised or possibly fractured.
