No. Ov. cyst don't: No. Your large ovarian cyst will not "cause ovulation without periods" nor will it cause ovulation or cause your periods.
Ovulation usually is followed by menstruation.
The absence of menstrual periods can be caused by hormonal or ovulation disturbances. Your large ovarian cyst will require a careful evaluation and surgical exploration preferably by a gyn oncologic surgeon.
