Hi doctor my mother complaining of (dropping stuffs) sometimes from her rt hand, only small & light in weight stuffs like (keys, phone..) need ur help?

Exam: she needs a full medical and neurological examination.

Weakness: Dropping things from the hands because of weakness in hand muscle which could from neuropathy or arthritis of the joints in the hands. You need to checked out by a physician, may need some form of testing, xrays, blood work and nerve conduction study based on the exam.
