See below: Leg pain is not a usual symptoms of cervical cancer, especially in the early stages. In late stages if the cancer spread to the pelvic nodes and causes lymph-edema, that may cause pain in the leg. If you have any concern about cervical cancer, get a PAP smear done through your doctor.

Leg pain & cancer: Cancer increases likelihood deep vein thrombosis in the legs. I recommend that you get a venous Doppler ultrasound scan to exclude this problem as it may be life threatening.

Uncommon: Cervical cancer in its advanced stages can extend laterally into the pelvis and disrupt nerves etc causing lower extremity symptoms. You should see your GYN for a pap smear and for routine GYN care.
