Wait and watch it go: Most of the focal back pain are related to muscle spasm secondary to disk narrowing or herniation or pinched nerve or facet joint disease. They will go away or become tolerable within a few weeks. If it doesn't get better you should see a physician to exclude other reasons. Thank you and good Luck
